The Team: - National Federal Tax Services (NFTS) is a national practice within Deloitte Tax LLP. - NFTS service offerings have been developed and built as a result of tax planning ideas, marketplace drivers, and technological innovations. - NFTS service lines provide tax planning for the largest organizations across all industries. - The Operational Partnership Services (OPS) service line, a part of the Partnership Solutions Group within NFTS, counsels partnerships on federal tax and issues. - Industries served include private equity, real estate, telecom, technology, healthcare, media & entertainment, energy, retail, and financial services. - Opportunity to join a diverse and entrepreneurial team. Qualifications: Required: - Ability to work within a hybrid work model requiring in-person work 2-3 days per week. - 5+ years of experience in federal partnership tax. - Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business-related field. - Strong numerical and problem-solving skills. - Proven leadership and management experience. - Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities. - . federal income tax partnership experience. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to travel up to 25% depending on the work and clients served. - Licensed CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or certified financial advisor or planner.
