Job Duties:

• Provide legal representation and advice in litigation matters, focusing primarily on family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and support.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions.
• Maintain and organize case files meticulously, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
• Counsel clients on their legal rights and responsibilities, formulating strategic plans for their cases.

• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure effective case management and high-quality client service.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
