As a Managing Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal representation to insureds and the company in personal injury lawsuits. This will involve in-person court appearances and hearings/trials in the surrounding area. You will also serve as a technical resource for the department, providing coaching and advice to less experienced legal personnel. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating work assignments within the legal branch to ensure efficient operations.

To be eligible for this position, you must have at least 4 years of defense or personal injury experience. Supervisory experience is preferred. You must also have a graduate law degree and be admitted to the Bar in the state(s) where you will be practicing. Knowledge of insurance and tort laws is essential for this role, as well as strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. You must also be able to effectively supervise and direct legal personnel, as well as work independently with minimum direction.
