The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of matters, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, parental access, child support, and enforcement proceedings. New York State Bar admission is required, and trial experience is considered a plus.

Duties:

• Manage a variety of matrimonial and family law cases.
• Handle divorce proceedings, including equitable distribution.
• Address matters related to custody, parental access, and child support.
• Represent clients in enforcement proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in family law matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop effective legal strategies.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of matrimonial and family law litigation experience.
• Admission to practice law in New York State.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the New York State Bar.
