- Develop and implement strategies to successfully resolve legal claims and investigations
- Collaborate with outside counsel and other members of OGC to provide high-quality legal representation
- Report to and consult with senior leadership on legal issues and assist in financial projections for legal matters

Qualifications:

- Minimum 18 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- JD or LLM from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the US
- Experience with SEC or PCAOB investigations a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with high-quality results
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills

Salary Information:

- Salary range: $331,000 - $737,000 in California
