Responsibilities of Sr. Global Compliance Counsel

- Oversee and manage LabCorp's Global Compliance Program, with a focus on anti-corruption regulations, import/export regulations, trade sanctions, and anti-human trafficking compliance.
- Conduct third party due diligence and investigations related to potential violations of LabCorp's Code of Conduct and laws and regulations in countries where LabCorp operates.
- Provide day-to-day regulatory counseling to the business on anti-corruption, trade sanctions, and human trafficking compliance, as well as Company compliance policies.
- Participate in acquisition due diligence and integration related to the regulatory compliance program.
- Develop and maintain a training program related to the global compliance program.
- Monitor changes in regulations and industry best practices and implement new policies and processes as needed.
- Collaborate with and manage outside counsel and consultants, as appropriate.

Requirements for Sr. Global Compliance Counsel

- . from an ABA accredited law school
- 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a multi-national company or law firm
- Admission to a . state Bar
- Experience with conducting third party due diligence and investigations
- Ability to prioritize and handle mission-critical tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in cross-cultural communication
- Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or clinical trials preferred
