The successful candidate will also provide regulatory counseling, conduct investigations, and participate in acquisition due diligence. Responsibilities of Sr. Global Compliance Counsel - Oversee and manage LabCorp's Global Compliance Program, with a focus on anti-corruption regulations, import/export regulations, trade sanctions, and anti-human trafficking compliance. - Conduct third party due diligence and investigations related to potential violations of LabCorp's Code of Conduct and laws and regulations in countries where LabCorp operates. - Provide day-to-day regulatory counseling to the business on anti-corruption, trade sanctions, and human trafficking compliance, as well as Company compliance policies. - Participate in acquisition due diligence and integration related to the regulatory compliance program. - Develop and maintain a training program related to the global compliance program. - Monitor changes in regulations and industry best practices and implement new policies and processes as needed. - Collaborate with and manage outside counsel and consultants, as appropriate.
