Job Title: Staff Attorney - Nampa, Idaho Legal Aid Services, Inc.

Experience:
- Entry-level annual salary of $65,000 with potential for increase based on experience
- Eligible for telecommuting program after three months

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a mixed caseload including family law, housing, public entitlements, and elder law
- Use professional judgment to manage cases from beginning to end
- Communicate with clients and draft legal documents
- Make court appearances and collaborate with co-workers and partners
- Conduct occasional outreach and education to client communities

Requirements:
- Must be a member of the Idaho State Bar or able to transfer based on UBE score
- Passion for serving vulnerable and at-risk populations

- Able to work full time, hours per week
