Duties:

  • Advise and represent clients on a wide range of antitrust matters.
  • Provide counsel on mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with antitrust regulations.
  • Handle complex antitrust litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in government investigations related to antitrust issues.
  • Assess antitrust risks associated with financing transactions and provide guidance to mitigate such risks.
  • Develop and implement antitrust compliance programs for clients.
  • Conduct legal research on antitrust laws and regulations to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Draft and negotiate agreements and contracts with antitrust considerations in mind.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to address antitrust challenges effectively.
  • Stay updated on developments in antitrust laws and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in antitrust matters.
  • Admission to the New York Bar.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong academic background.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the New York Bar.

 

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of antitrust laws and regulations.
