The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-4 years of traditional labor experience, including client counseling on labor relations and law, research and writing projects, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and handling matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board. Some employment litigation experience is strongly preferred.
