A law firm in Miami, FL, is seeking a Junior-to-Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Staff Attorney to support litigation matters, providing legal research, document preparation, and case management. The ideal candidate should possess 3 years of experience, a basic understanding of federal and state court practice, and proficiency in preparing answers, discovery, and routine motions.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.
• Prepare pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents for court proceedings.
• Attend hearings, settlement conferences, and depositions as required.
• Manage cases from commencement through resolution.
• Utilize case management skills to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state court practice.
• Experience preparing answers, discovery, dispositive, and other routine motions.
• Case management experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Florida.

Skills:
