  • Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver or reciprocity
  • 3 or more years of experience working on construction contracts, preferably in the energy industry
  • Experience managing a team or supervising junior associates
  • Strong drafting skills and contract analysis capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to providing excellent substantive work and client service

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Texas State Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver or reciprocity
