  • Prepare EEOC position statements and DFEH responses.
  • Conduct witness interviews and depositions.
  • Counsel employers on federal and state employment law compliance.
  • Draft workplace policies and assist clients with employment training programs.
  • Contribute to traditional management labor relations, if applicable.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of substantive experience in employment litigation.
  • A desire for active involvement in trial work.
  • Experience in defending wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits.
  • Meaningful experience in transactional employment work.
