• Staff Real Estate Specialist
• Full-time position
• Virtual position
• US citizenship required
• No relocation assistance available
• No clearance required
• 10% travel required
• Responsible for planning and executing real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide portfolio
• Involvement in contract negotiation and documentation for commercial and industrial leases, property acquisitions and dispositions
• Collaboration with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to outline business goals and recommend business terms
• Experience with real estate market studies, valuation, and financial analysis
• Participation in continuous process improvement efforts
• Strong people leader with excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, or business law with 15 years of experience or Master's degree with 13 years of experience
• Preferred background in real estate financial/investment analysis and formal negotiation training
• Salary range: $123, - $185,
• Additional benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and time off
