Duties:

  • Conducted legal research and drafted legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other documents.
  • Assist with case management, including document review, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, negotiations, and court appearances.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various matters related to bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation.
  • Collaborate with partners, senior associates, and support staff on case strategy and client representation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Maryland State Bar or ability to waive into Maryland.
  • Experience or interest in corporate bankruptcy, restructuring, creditors’ rights, and/or commercial litigation matters.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional integrity.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Maryland State Bar or ability to waive into Maryland.
