Duties:

  • Participate in all phases of litigation, from case assessment to trial preparation.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Active membership in the State Bar and compliance with CLE (Continuing Legal Education) requirements.
  • Strong technical or scientific background.
  • For life sciences, there is a preference for candidates with advanced degrees.
  • For technical backgrounds, there is a preference for electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or closely related fields.
