The candidate will be willing to make court appearances on average of 2-3 per week (including some evening small claims cases) and be adept at drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and settlement documents; attending and conducting depositions; engaging in negotiations with opposing counsel; and preparing for and engaging in hearings and trials. Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York.
