As a Supervising Attorney for our Los Angeles-area legal team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients while also being a part of a high-performance culture that values results and growth. Department: Legal
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Senior Trial Attorney or comparable experience
Education: Bachelor's degree and law school degree
Location: Remote (Southern California)

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of attorneys and assign cases based on their expertise
- Train attorneys to improve their skills
- Perform administrative tasks and special assignments as assigned by Managing Attorney
- Provide updates and reports to Managing Attorney on case activity
- Consult with Claims Department on insurance policy and legal aspects of personal injury claims
- Handle cases of high complexity and/or exposure, including preparing pleadings, motions, discovery, and attending hearings, conferences, and trials
- Supervise attorneys who assist in handling specific cases
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Law school degree and member in good standing of State Bar
- Minimum of 2 years as a Senior Trial Attorney or comparable experience
- Management experience or aptitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
