Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury practice.
  • Proven leadership and management abilities, with experience supervising legal professionals.
  • Strong understanding of pre-litigation processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
