This position will be pivotal in advising and representing clients on all cybersecurity and incident response matters. Job Overview:

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on cybersecurity and incident response matters.
  • Assist clients in navigating data protection regulations and cybersecurity threats.

Duties:

  • Advise and represent clients on cybersecurity and incident response issues.
  • Research and analyze legal issues related to cybersecurity and data privacy.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
  • Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
  • Membership to the MA State Bar.
  • Strong academic credentials.

  • Superb writing and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership to the MA State Bar.

Skills:

  • Strong legal research skills.
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
