Duties:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate principal financing documentation typical in project financings, including purchase agreements, partnership agreements, credit agreements, security and pledge agreements, and depositary agreements.
  • Handle key commercial project documentation, including development agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering, Procurement, Construction contracts (EPCs), site control agreements, and interconnection agreements.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence related to project financing and development.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on project finance matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, clients, and third parties to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admitted or eligible for admission in MA, DC, NY, or CA.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of project finance experience at a law firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism in engaging with demanding clients.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.

Education and Certifications:
