The Assistant District Attorney will only be utilized for after-hours and weekend on call work in a back-up position to the DA who will directly handle nearly all overnight and weekend calls from law enforcement. The District Attorney is committed to providing a work environment that encourages a healthy work-life balance.

Attorneys are supported by experienced staff. The District Attorney will employ a goal-oriented approach to attorney supervision based upon the experience and training needs of the chosen candidate. The office has a 1 to 1 ratio of administrative support staff to attorneys and has a full-time dedicated victim witness coordinator. Green Lake County is a one judge county. Most of our weekly court calendar/general appearances are conducted one day of the week with some minor spillover to a 2nd day on an as-needed basis with ample office time to allow for charging, review, preparation, etc.

Qualification and Experience Qualifications Only attorneys who have been admitted to practice law in the State of Wisconsin may be hired.
