Staff Attorney for Access to Justice Project at Public Justice

Responsibilities:

- Serve as lead or co-counsel in impact litigation
- Conduct legal research and analysis, draft briefs and oral arguments, and represent clients
- Review requests for representation and develop appropriate cases and projects
- Engage in legal advocacy through and outside of courts
- Develop and implement communications plan to educate about access to justice issues
- Build networks and collaborate with allies to fight corporate and governmental abuses
- Participate in strategic planning for Access to Justice Project
- Supervise legal fellows, externs, and law clerks

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

- . degree and at least four years of relevant litigation experience
- Excellent analytical, writing, and speaking skills
- Strong outreach and networking abilities
- Litigation experience with increasing responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with or interest in Access to Justice Project's focus areas
