Job Overview: The law firm is seeking an Employment and Trade Secret Litigation Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience exclusively in management-side employment law litigation and counseling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising clients on various aspects of employment law and employment mobility issues, along with experience in advising on employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Duties:

  • Manage employment law litigation cases on behalf of management-side clients.
  • Provide day-to-day advice to clients on terminations, leaves of absence, reductions in force, and policy review and creation.
  • Handle employment mobility issues, including trade secrets, non-competes, and employee solicitation.
  • Advise clients on employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience exclusively in management-side employment law litigation and counseling.
  • Membership in the New York Bar.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York Bar.
