A law firm in Ravenna, OH is seeking a Probate/Family Law Attorney with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be admitted to the practice of law in Ohio and will handle probate and family law matters.

Duties:

• Handle probate and family law cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and pleadings.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
• Advocate for clients' interests and ensure their rights are protected.

Requirements:

• Currently admitted to the practice of law in Ohio.
• 2+ years of experience in probate and family law.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio probate and family law procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
