  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence for client matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to private equity finance.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois.
  • 3-6 years of substantive leveraged finance experience.

Certifications:

  • State Bar admission in Illinois.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of leveraged finance and private equity transactions.
  • Excellent legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:
