Job Summary:
- Seeking a staff attorney to work under the Bank of America/IOLTA project
- Responsibilities include providing legal representation and advice in various areas, such as housing, domestic issues, financial, health, immigration, expungements, and elderly law
- Will also handle a general practice and educate communities and other advocacy organizations in the service area

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with low-income clients
- Demonstrated commitment to poverty law

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation and advice in various areas of law
- Educate communities and advocacy organizations in the service area
- Handle a general practice

Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Missouri
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with low-income clients
- Demonstrated commitment to poverty law
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
