## Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Associate – Gibbons Law Firm

Gibbons Law Firm is looking to hire an experienced Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Associate for their offices in Newark and Wilmington. The successful candidate will have a passion for insolvency law and will practice in all areas of bankruptcy and insolvency law.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide legal advice to clients in relation to corporate reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings and insolvency counseling
- Assist with related litigation
- Represent official committees of unsecured creditors and bondholders, debtors-in-possession, Chapter 11 and 7 trustees, secured creditors and lenders, indenture trustees, insurers, asset purchasers, and lessors
- Maintain knowledge of relevant legal developments

**Qualifications**
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Admission to the New Jersey and Delaware bars
- Judicial clerkship experience and admission to the New York bar is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and legal writing skills

**Compensation**
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
