Duties:

  • Prepare immigration applications and petitions for submission to . government agencies.
  • Correspond and meet with clients to gather documents and information, guiding them through various visa processes.
  • Utilize case management system/database and project management skills to monitor case milestones and meet deadlines.
  • Exercise meticulous attention to detail to produce error-free forms, correspondence, and legal work products.
  • Prepare and represent clients at government interviews.
  • Handle case intake and business development, including client training.
  • Perform other tasks as required to meet client and firm needs.

Requirements:

  • Desire to learn and grow in the field of immigration law.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritize workload.
  • Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and good judgment.
  • Strong writing skills; ability to communicate effectively and precisely.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • State Bar License.
  • 2+ years of PERM experience, including advising clients on each pre-filing step and driving cases from start to filing.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • INSZoom experience preferred.

Education & Certifications:

  • State Bar License.
