Fort Lauderdale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks defense litigation associate attorney with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will work with and counsel clients on various day-to-day employment law challenges, drafting/revising handbooks, manager training, and similar activities. Should have experience with litigation matters from start to finish, such as drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations and trials. Wage-hour litigation expertise and experience counseling and auditing clients on wage-hour compliance and government DOL investigations is a plus. Should have some experience in employment law. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
