They will be responsible for drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and various other commercial contracting and project finance documents. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required for this role.

Duties:

  • Drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and other commercial contracting documents.
  • Providing legal counsel and support on construction and real estate projects, including major projects and EPC contracts.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis related to construction transactions and project finance.
  • Advising clients on legal risks and potential issues related to construction projects.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and departments within the firm to ensure comprehensive legal support for clients.
  • Managing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • 4-6 years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction law, project finance, and commercial contracting.
