A law firm is currently seeking a Mid to Senior-level Privacy and Cybersecurity Litigation Associate Attorney for their Redwood City office with 4-6 years of complex consumer class action experience, specifically in privacy, cybersecurity, and technology matters. The attorney will be responsible for focusing on class action matters related to data breaches or alleged violations of privacy statutes, as well as handling regulatory investigations involving privacy and cybersecurity issues. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of complex litigation, including briefing dispositive motions, managing case issues, overseeing fact and expert discovery, handling class certification, and must be comfortable interacting directly with clients. Experience with data breaches and privacy matters is strongly preferred. The candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence. A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in the Bar in the United States is required.

 

Duties:
