Tax Senior Manager - Real Estate Tax (Central Region Office Locations) - Salary range: $119,490 to $272,090 - Job title: Tax Senior Manager - Experience required: 8+ years of total corporate or international tax experience Position Summary - Strategic and creative federal tax professional with experience serving real estate owners and operators - Strong understanding of Subchapter K, partnership allocation methodologies, and Real Estate Investment Trust qualification rules Deloitte Tax Senior Managers in Real Estate Services Tax practice provide compliance and consulting services to Real Estate Investment Trusts, Real Estate Private Equity Funds, and real estate joint ventures and operating partnerships. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will work directly with clients, manage the tax engagement team, have access to an elite group of specialists, and use state-of-the-art technology to serve clients in the real estate industry.
