The candidate must demonstrate strong academic credentials, a robust work ethic, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to build strong client and peer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and draft design and construction agreements.
• Work on real estate development, providing legal support for large industrial capital projects.
• Potentially handle construction claims resolution matters.
• Collaborate with clients, peers, and other stakeholders.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess 2-6 years of experience in the negotiation and drafting of design and construction agreements.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in transactional law with a focus on construction agreements.
• Strong academic credentials.
