A law firm in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing strategic guidance to clients. They will work closely with the Managing Attorney and clients.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of family law matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide strategic guidance and advice to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney and clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Michigan Bar and in good standing.
• Previous experience working in a law office with a focus on litigation preferred.

Education:

Admission to the Michigan Bar and in good standing.

Skills:

• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
