Duties:

  • Assist with M&A and Private Equity transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and closing transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on executive compensation matters related to M&A and Private Equity transactions.
  • Review and analyze compensation arrangements, employment agreements, equity plans, and incentive programs.
  • Advise clients on compliance with federal and state laws governing executive compensation.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on corporate transactions and executive compensation matters.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in M&A, Private Equity, and executive compensation.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 1-4 years of executive compensation experience.
  • Experience with Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions preferred.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Bar admission in Massachusetts.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Bar admission in Massachusetts.
