As a Staff Attorney, Transactional, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day legal needs. This includes reviewing and negotiating various contracts, advising on legal matters, and managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. You will also have the opportunity to work with clients and other internal departments, as well as external counsel and procurement teams.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree and a minimum of three years of experience as a practicing transactional or corporate attorney. You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required, and experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint is preferred.
