Duties:

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in litigating bankruptcy, restructuring, and/or creditors’ rights matters.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, local rules, UCC, and secured transactions.
  • Significant experience in motions practice, contested matters, and adversary proceedings.
  • Ability to think quickly and perform well under pressure in court.
  • Proficiency in conducting and assisting in the preparation of depositions.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative environment.
  • Interest in developing and implementing relationship-building skills internally and externally.
  • Prior experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
