• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution, demonstrating strong case management skills.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met through monthly status reports and conducting weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics, achievements, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law.
• 1st chair family law experience, showcasing the ability to lead and manage cases independently.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.

Certifications:

• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills:

• Strong case management skills with the ability to handle family law cases from initiation to resolution.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to provide regular status reports and conduct weekly case reviews.
