Description:

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Real Estate Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, virtual position with the opportunity to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world. The selected individual will have the responsibility to plan and execute real estate projects for the company's worldwide portfolio, including commercial and industrial leasing, real property acquisitions and dispositions. They will also collaborate with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to negotiate and document contracts for these transactions.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide portfolio
- Negotiate and document contracts for commercial and industrial leasing
- Work with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to outline business goals and recommend business terms
- Engage in continuous process improvement efforts to create a world-class corporate real estate function
- Strong people leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working in a collaborative environment

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related discipline with 15+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 13+ years of experience
- Background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, and real property valuation preferred
- Formal training in negotiation skills and IBM Tririga real estate database skills a plus
- Salary range of $123, - $185, with potential for bonuses and incentives
- Eligible for benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan
