Title: Tax Senior - Business Tax Services - Federal/Corporate Tax (Central Region Office Locations)

Experience:
- 3+ years in federal taxation, including preparation and review of federal tax returns
- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, and/or LLM (preferred)
- Previous experience in Big 4 or large CPA firm (preferred)
- Supervisory experience (preferred)

Job Description:
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services to large global and dynamic midsize clients
- Perform technical review of partnership, corporate, and individual federal tax returns
- Coordinate with client's tax and finance departments for tax planning and compliance
- Research federal tax legislation and its impact on compliance and consulting
- Assist with various tax consulting projects, such as federal tax planning and restructuring
- Manage engagement workflow and supervise tax consultants and interns

Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed technical review of federal tax returns
- Coordinate with client's tax and finance departments for tax planning and compliance
- Research federal tax legislation and its impact on compliance and consulting
- Assist with various tax consulting projects, such as federal tax planning and restructuring
- Manage engagement workflow and supervise tax consultants and interns

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- One of the following accreditations obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office (if eligible)
- Licensed Attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA)
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model
- Experience working in a virtual and/or global environment (preferred)
- Passion for leveraging technology and exploring new solutions
- Experience with accounting for income taxes in accordance to ASC740
- Excellent research, writing, presentation, and communication skills

Salary Information:
- Wage range of $63,420 to $126,620 (not adjusted for location)
- Eligibility for discretionary annual incentive program
