The candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal counsel and representation, showcasing expertise in casualty litigation.

Duties:

• Defend a wide variety of General Liability matters through all phases of litigation.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients.
• Conducted legal research and prepared legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Attend court proceedings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
