Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a qualified Associate Attorney, Counsel, or Senior Counsel with substantial experience in project/public infrastructure finance. The ideal candidate will have a background in drafting commercial and financing documents, conducting legal research, and possess strong communication skills for client interaction. The position requires a thorough understanding of infrastructure and/or energy-related financial transactions.

Duties:

• Draft commercial and financing documents for infrastructure and energy-related projects.
• Conducted document reviews and legal research to support transactional work.
• Communicate directly with public and private sector clients, addressing their legal needs and concerns.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on project finance matters.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of project/public infrastructure finance experience at a bank, developer, energy contractor, or large/medium-sized firm.
• Familiarity with transactional work focusing on infrastructure and/or energy-related financial transactions.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Membership in good standing or eligibility to waive into the appropriate state Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the appropriate state Bar or eligibility to waive into the Bar.
