Responsibilities of a Litigation Attorney at Our Firm

As a litigation attorney at our law firm, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload and representing clients in both state and federal courts. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting legal research and writing briefs, motions, and other legal documents
- Attending court hearings and trials
- Conducting depositions and other forms of discovery
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Collaborating with our team of attorneys and support staff to provide the best possible legal representation for our clients

Qualifications and Requirements

- from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Mississippi (Gulfport, MS) and Louisiana (New Orleans, LA)
- 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with a focus on insurance defense
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and meet tight deadlines
