• Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw)
• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
• Ability to use Microsoft Office is required

We are offering an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established law firm and provide legal counsel to existing clients. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting documents, and keeping client files up to date. This is a full-time position with an excellent salary package of $85,000 - $110,000+ per year, depending on experience.

The ideal applicant will have successfully completed law school and passed the state bar exam. Prior experience working in a law firm for 1-3 years is required, as well as experience in Civil Litigation, preferably Construction Defect or General Casualty/Insurance Defense. The applicant must also be able to work independently while handling multiple files, and must be well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw).

The successful applicant will be able to:
