Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in intellectual property law.
  • Strong writing, drafting, and editing skills.
  • Clerkships and trial experience are advantageous.
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, and/or computer science (preferred).

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission.
