Responsibilities:

- Direct multinational enterprises on business decisions, tax planning, and optimization of supply chains and funding for global operations.
- Advise clients on tax planning decisions and anticipate the potential short and long-term consequences.
- Work with Mergers & Acquisition Tax colleagues to structure tax aspects of private equity and strategic mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Assist with tax provision for financial statements and compliance work.
- Advise on income tax treaty planning for cross-border investing and trading activities.
- Provide tax services to alternative investment companies throughout the investment life cycle.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning.
- Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for a Master's in Taxation, JD, or LLM with a concentration in tax.
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic tax law.
- Excellent research, writing, Excel modeling, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements, work well in teams, and develop client relationships.
- Willingness to work with both US and non-US KPMG teams.
