This role involves collaborating closely with the IP team, primarily focusing on drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the . Patent & Trademark Office. The Patent Agent will also provide support to IP attorneys in various patent-related proceedings, including litigation, and contribute to general patent prosecution matters. Other responsibilities include conducting patentability assessments, third-party patent searches, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. The role necessitates seamless collaboration within the IP team, particularly on patent clearance and enforcement projects.
Candidates for this position should possess patent application drafting and prosecution experience, along with proficiency in patent database searches.
