The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to high-tech, supporting various IP matters, and contributing expertise in technology domains such as software, hardware, semiconductors, telecommunications, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and blockchain. The Patent Agent will play a vital role in the firm's intellectual property practice, handling patent applications, supporting IP due diligences, and contributing to various patent-related matters. The position requires USPTO registration, a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, applied physics, or a related field, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should possess a superior academic background and demonstrate a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction.

Job Details:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in the high-tech sector
• Support IP due diligences, patent landscape analyses, patent litigations, and post-grant proceedings
• Handle IP matters related to technology, including software, hardware, semiconductors, telecommunications, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and blockchain

Requirements:

• USPTO registration
