Job Overview:

  • Represent clients on complex commercial litigation matters.
  • Handle sophisticated domestic and international commercial cases related to energy, utilities, water and light technologies, and large infrastructure projects.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial litigation cases.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Prepare for and attend court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
  • Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel.
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications effectively.
  • Participate in case negotiations and settlements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of complex commercial litigation experience preferred.
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania.
