A law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney with a focus on gaming regulatory experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in representing clients in the gaming industry, including tribal gaming, and possess strong advocacy skills to handle discovery motions, depositions, and case management.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters related to the gaming industry, including but not limited to casino gaming, sports betting, iGaming, and fantasy sports.
• Draft and argue discovery motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage cases efficiently and effectively.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on gaming regulatory matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law.
• Experience representing clients in the gaming industry in a mid-size to large law firm setting.
• Admitted to practice in a state.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in at least one state.

Skills:

• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in case management.
• Ability to work independently and take the lead on cases.
• Knowledge of gaming regulatory laws and procedures.
